Living with a chronic illness can be deeply challenging and isolating, especially when local supportive care and resources are limited. Many chronic conditions - such as MCAS, POTS, IBS, and endometriosis - also intersect with nutrition and mental health, often complicating one’s relationship with food and the body. This group is for those living with chronic illness to make connections with and get support.*

Goals:

  • Connect with others facing similar challenges

  • Explore how chronic disease, mental health and eating intersect

  • Learn and build on strategies for navigating these challenges

  • Find confidence to advocate for your needs, as you navigate the system in Europe/Germany

  • Practice mindful, flexible approaches that make room for both chronic symptoms and meaningful life experiences.
