This group is for those living with chronic illness to make connections with and get support. Eight Weekly Zoom sessions take place on Wednesdays from 11:30-12:45. We will start the group once we have 5-6 members.

Living with a chronic illness can be deeply challenging and isolating, especially when local supportive care and resources are limited. Many chronic conditions - such as MCAS, POTS, IBS, and endometriosis - also intersect with nutrition and mental health, often complicating one’s relationship with food and the body. This group is for those living with chronic illness to make connections with and get support.*
Goals:
Connect with others facing similar challenges
Explore how chronic disease, mental health and eating intersect
Learn and build on strategies for navigating these challenges
Find confidence to advocate for your needs, as you navigate the system in Europe/Germany
Practice mindful, flexible approaches that make room for both chronic symptoms and meaningful life experiences.
